What Alban Cooked: The Archives

My husband Alban's primary love language is gifts of service, or more specifically, gifts of cooking for others. I am the lucky recipient of these gifts, and as I scrolled through my years of photos I thought of sharing his recipes.

 Meanwhile, I remember a bagel brunch after having our second baby, a plate of aglio, olio, and pepperoncino pasta on one of the first days of spring and a Christmas Eve octopus which he boiled with a cork and a lemon before grilling in the oven.
