Zuni Cafe Roast chicken with Bread Salad

Bread salad sounds pretty terrible, but it's not.
Zuni Cafe (where we once ate by accident because it was next door to our hotel the first night we landed in San Francisco) makes this one with arugula and the most amazing chicken-dripping-soaked "croutons."
