For Endless Winter: Daube
When it's always winter and we're wishing for spring, we make beef stew from the south of France called daube. And by we I mean Alban.
It's a slightly tangy, lighter version of beef stew. Even the kids mentioned liking it.
The recipe is this one, minus the orange zest and mushrooms, plus potatoes. It would be amazing in any iteration.
Also, that salad looks like a spring lawn.
